Ⅰ. In the event that the client wishes to cancel the commission after payment has been made, a refund may be issued based on the progress made by the artist. The artist reserves the right to retain a portion of the payment to cover any work already completed.Ⅱ. If the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances or other valid reasons, a refund will be issued to the client for any work not yet completed.

★ COMMISSION PROCESS ★
Ⅰ. The client will provide a clear and detailed description of the desired artwork, including any specific references, style preferences, and requirements.Ⅱ. The artist will review the commission request and provide a quote for the artwork based on the complexity, size, and other factors.Ⅲ. Payment details and a timeline will be discussed if the client agrees to the quote.

★ DELIVERY USAGE ★
Ⅰ. The final artwork will be delivered to the client in a digital format, as agreed upon during the commission process.Ⅱ. The client may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell the artwork without the explicit written permission of the artist.Ⅲ. The artist retains the right to showcase the commissioned artwork in their portfolio and social media platforms unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

★ COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ★
Ⅰ. The artist retains the copyright and intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Ⅱ. The client may not claim the artwork as their own or use it in any way that infringes upon the artist's rights.

★ COMMERCIAL USE ★
Ⅰ. Commissions are priced for personal use only. If you plan to use the artwork for any commercial purpose (like selling, marketing, or reproducing it for profit), an extra charge of 100-300% of the original fee will apply depending on the scope. Please reach out to discuss the details and get the right permissions.

★ REVISIONS ★
Ⅰ. The client may request minor revisions within reasonable limits during specific stages of the commission process, as agreed upon before work begins.Ⅱ. Major revisions or changes that significantly alter the original scope of the artwork may be subject to additional charges.

★ ARTWORK CREATION ★
Ⅰ. The artist will reasonably commit to the client's specifications and preferences. However, artistic interpretation is involved, and minor variations may occur.Ⅱ. The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to use the commissioned artwork for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, social media, website) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
